A new approach to coaching, leadership, and team performance.

Something has to change. Leadership training has followed a one-size-fits-all approach, rooted in models developed in the 20th century, many in a pre digital world when people had to "go to work" and structure, hierarchy, an top down directing was the norm. It worked then, but not now. Yet, the organisational systems haven't quite caught up, and we have more flexibility and tools, yet we are more exhausted and disconnected than ever. I saw this first hand in my own professional journey. When things aren't working, push through, keep working, keep driving. It didn't work for me then, and it certainly doesn't work now.

Few teams work in silos. Work is complex, and like an ecosystem, every person, process, and role impacts the whole. We are all connected, and leaders need to lead like community leaders, networkers, and systems workers. Purpose and mission give the system a reason to be and do the work, but culture, belonging, trust, relationships, and care are the essentials to make it all work.

This awakening led me to develop the 5 MYs methodology, an approach grounded in continuous cycles of leadership, teams, and organisational development. I hold the belief that leadership is most powerful when it's authentic, visionary, and inclusive. The LeaderX method asks you to look honestly at your present state and where you want to be, and be truthful about the gap that exists between, so that you can choose how to lead, and what the strategy will be. Then you develop yourself to be the leader that will deliver the strategy, and build an aligned team to get you there, before moving on to MyBusiness, the processes, values, operations, and the delivery. Finally, you address MyLegacy, the impact that you want to have, the long game. No more short term thinking or leading anymore.

Its impact has been transformative, equipping leaders and organisations to move beyond traditional practices and embrace a new era of collaborative, compassionate, and effective leadership.

At 3wh, we exist to bridge the leadership gap. My mission as a coach and team performance expert is to create a space that supports you to reconnect with your authentic self, to express, to create, to explore, and to rise.

My Journey

Throughout my career working with leaders and high-performing teams, I noticed a recurring theme. People were achieving success on paper, but they lacked genuine fulfilment. Aligning yourself and your team with purpose, creating the safety for members to be self-aware and unguarded around each other, and allowing everyone's strengths to be valued and contribute in the fullest expression of teamwork.

Leaders need to develop their smarts, in equal measure to their hearts. The human element of leadership is business critical, not soft or fluffy. So over the past 10 years, 3WH has been doing this. I built my coaching qualifications and experience to reflect this vision. I stepped away from corporate checkboxes and started focusing on transformative personal growth and inclusive Leadership.

My approach is not about forcing change, but helping clients discover their own unique style, using coaching skills, DiSC profiling, and a huge dose of championing and energising belief. I help you get clarity on what you want, and how you achieve it, and support you in getting into action, whilst standing grounded in your values and the inner leader. We work together to build confidence, harmonise your team, and lead with wisdom and authenticity.
