LeaderX talks to Tammy Banks – from the streets to parliament

I want to start a movement. A movement of the next generation of leader who choose to lead with purpose, values and who have a bigger plan – and always put people at the heart of their business.

In the LeaderX book, I help bring awareness to the Xgen, the oldest Xennails and youngest GenerationX (1970-1985), and help them to understand why they are the perfect generation to step up, take control and lead with impact.

And in series 2 of the LeaderX podcast, I will also bring you real life examples of LeaderX – starting with the brilliant Tammy Banks – Co-founder of Taye training, who went from living on the streets to becoming a member on the Parliamentary Committee for Standards, and Interim Consultant Director for the Association of Child Protection Professionals.

Listen to her share her story and how she is supporting frontline workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

You can follow her work and get in touch here.
