We have moved all of our workshops into the 3WH LeaderX portal. We had so much great content that we previously delivered in the room with leadership teams over a 6-12 month period. Then in 2020, the way in which we worked changed. The need to develop leadership capability and redesign how teams worked together was more important than ever. The traditional approach to developing teams went, and we replaced it with virtual sessions over teams or zoom. Yet that wasn't enough. Leaders and their teams wanted to access information, revisit content and get more tools, videos and articles to embed the learning. So we created the portal for our existing clients. We then realised how this would be a gamechanger for leaders anywhere in the world, whatever size their organisation is.
